Alternating Sledgehammer Lunges with Twist A4. Alternating Reverse Sledgehammer Flyes  To perform this 20 Minute Full Body Sledgehammer Workout, you will perform 5 rounds of the entire circuit with an interval time of 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off. That means that for each exercise, you will be performing as many repetitions as you can for 50 seconds then resting for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
